Our online reservation service only requests that a reservation be made. In all cases reservations will be confirmed by telephone. We accept no responsibility for delays however caused. A cancellation charge of £50 applies after booking is made. A fee of 50% may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled journey with a further charge if the vehicle has left base. A cancellation invoice will be supplied for insurance claims. Personal belongings are left in the vehicle at the passengers' own risk. We will endeavor to look after any items but can not take responsibility for them. All parking and tolls will be charged as will the use of the vehicle's mobile telephone. All charges are subject to VAT.
